He'd make Ndiaye even better: Everton chasing loan move for £30m PL star

Following their impressive 3-2 win over Tottenham last week at Goodison Park, the team secured another victory, this time with a 1-0 win at the Amex Stadium against Brighton.

A goal from the penalty spot for Iliman Ndiaye gave the Toffees all three points and left them seven points above the relegation zone.

Everton created the only real scoring opportunity, managing three attempts and converting one, thereby securing a lead. Brighton had control of the ball, registering 16 shots throughout the match, yet only mustered 0.73 expected goals.

He achieved seven goals and accumulated a total of 2,027 minutes played.

The Senegal international could certainly gain something from the transfer window, and a stint at Everton with the manager could be really beneficial for both of them.

The team has faced difficulty, struggling for almost 60 minutes during the season thus far.

In order to seal the deal, Chelsea would have to allow Armando Broja to return from Everton, a move they are hesitant to make unless they receive fair recompense from the Merseysiders.

Scoring two goals, producing two assists and playing a total of 934 minutes.

The 26-year-old may represent a shrewd acquisition for Everton, providing him with a fresh opportunity to showcase his skills and demonstrate his value.

To be honest, his influence in the latter stages of the competition has been fairly noticeable, as he has managed to find the net only once and did not provide a single assist.

While the 32-year-old is off to stake his claim as a crucial player, the Toffees appear to be lacking a creative spark behind the striker, with Ndiaye being a notable exception, and a change in this area could potentially benefit Moyes come the second half of the season.

The addition of Mo Elneny will also bring in some guidance from his previous boss, Brendan Rogers, as well as offering extra attacking potency and flair to the front line.

When looking at the two players' stats for this season, you can see Doucoure has slightly come out on top in terms of tackles and interceptions made. Nonetheless, Dewsbury-Hall continues to average a respectable 1.50 interceptions per 90 minutes, which is a strong showing for someone playing more advanced roles.

However, alongside this, he also delivers an extra boost to his team's creativity, making 1.33 key passes and averaging two shot-creating actions every 90 minutes. Not only this, but he is also proficient in the build-up, dropping deep to help build play through passing and carries, also arriving in the box to provide his team with attacking output, showcasing his all-round skill as a midfielder.

Securing Dewsbury-Hall would enable Moyes to bring a diligent attacking midfielder into the fold, who would complement the existing players and add some much-needed flair to the team. This, in turn, could further enhance star player Ndiaye's ability to be a threat in attacking situations.
