She shares her top advice and secrets on how to stay warm in the harsh frost.
She explained to the audience how she learned about the "three-layer rule" in Norway.

Laura also recommended wearing socks made from the same fabric and pulling your trousers up over them to keep any exposed skin covered from the cold.
She proceeded to get dressed in her usual outfit, topping it off with a parka for added warmth.
"It all looks a bit rough, but I must admit, since I arrived here, I don't really mind about the appearance anymore," she said.

It didn't take long for others on TikTok to share their own experiences living in colder areas.
When I'm in Vitoria, which has a temperature similar to Norway, I find myself wearing six layers: a basic cotton t-shirt, a thermal layer for insulation, another t-shirt, a sweatshirt, a lightweight sports jacket, and on top of all that, a puffer coat. One of my viewers jokingly said that with this outfit, I've got myself a "bulletproof vest" of sorts.
If I were living in Norway, I reckon I'd put on two layers of warm clothing and then wear my regular outfit.
Meanwhile, a third TikToker commented: "Me, sitting through this entire video, simultaneously freezing at home where the temperature is a chilly minimum of 10 degrees in winter."
